PRODUCTS - QUALITY IS A MUST!
A sheer endless number of various recorders require a specific quality that not only matches up with the recorder used, but also with the intended application.
On our eight specialised printing presses, we manufacture nothing but diagram chart papers. That means that we have all the necessary tools at our disposal, for example perforators and pinwheels, to manufacture metric and imperial dimensions. Our product range consists of over 40.000 items.
Our highly specialised machine park allows us to produce
- diagram roll charts
- diagram fanfold charts
- diagram circle charts and sheets
In addition to these, we finish all kinds of unprinted papers.
Particular demands are also made on the base paper. Since the papers generally run in the recorders at an extremely slow rate, and the pens are in permanent contact with the paper, special paper bonding is necessary to prevent bleeding of the inks with consequent smearing of the recorded readings.
All the necessary parameters are developed in very close collaboration with the paper mill, with DIA-Nielsen in their function as ink producer and also with the recorder manufacturers.
Furthermore, we employ only mint condition perforating tools to avoid creating excess paper dust in the recorder.
All this is carried out in strict accordance with the DIN Standard and all leading recorder manufacturers place their trust in our quality and use batra chart papers.
